  : The first room we had, had a stale smell the water in the hot tub didn’t get hot and came out brown. The guy at the desk got us a nicer cleaner smelling room with a working hot tub.

  : I really could not find anything other than location good about this place. The cleanliness of room was very, very poor and smelled like smoke even though rooms were labeled non smoking. We got the impression the staff smoked while cleaning. This is not good for us and people that have breathing and health issues. The bed linen still had cracker crumbs on it from someone eating. The rooms bathroom has mold and spatter and looked like it hadn’t even been wiped down or swept or mopped in years. We literally went and bought sheets for the bed and cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves due to the fact that I tried to get a refund and could not for reasons that i was told because I booked from Booking.com. They offered to switch for a room upstairs and then after we move our stuff, we find out that we cannot get it for the 2 days as the other, so we would lose cost of other day, because it was not refundable. Then we had to move back to original room. So, then we were stuck with the original room or losing total amount of cost. This room looked like it has been used for someone who smokes constantly or staff smoke in it and though we sprayed air freshener constantly, could not remove the smell. I would not recommend this Motel.

  : It was under construction can use hot tub room but had to pay for hot tub room price and wanted to stay an extra day and called to let them know and because we didn't rush right up there they told us we needed to leave and they called police on us

  : They renew all the rooms but didn't paint outside also no continental breakfast even coffee in the front desk the ice matching is broken or gave to pay for it.
